About Us

Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church exists as a  Baptist congregation, answering ultimately to Jesus Christ as Lord. Scripture serves as our final authority in all matters of faith and practice.
The purpose of this church is to obey the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18–20) and the Great Commandment (Matthew 22:37–40) by:
  • Worshiping God
  • Proclaiming the gospel
  • Making disciples
  • Equipping believers
  • Serving our community
  • Advancing the Kingdom of God

Mission

The mission of Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church is to Exalt Jesus Christ, Equip the body of believers, and Evangelize the lost.

Vision

The vision of Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church is to create a community of authentic believers and to witness a city transformed by the life-changing reality of the gospel, as people come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior.
